The role of a Community Host is to bring innovative and exciting ideas to the daily operations of Douglas House in order to engage various stakeholders within the building and wider businesses of the client and TOG. This is through a mixture of creating a collaborative environment amongst members though social interaction, events and personal introductions.

The role of the Meeting Room Sales Executive is to drive meeting room revenue from external meeting room opportunities. The individual will be accountable for maintaining high conversion rates from enquiry to booking and upselling add-ons to maximise each opportunity
The role of the Credit Controller is to work with the Client Debt Manager to ensure the company debt process is strictly adhered to for all past due debts, including issue of suspension notices and liaising with debt collection agency where appropriate. This is a fixed term contract for 6 months.

The Maintenance Technician has a key role to play within the building's operation, working alongside the Maintenance Supervisor and using our in house- system (Freshdesk). They will be responsible for ensuring that visual standards in the buildings are maintained to an excellent standard.
